You guys and gals must really like baseball.  Do you have a bowling addiction?  I assume you guys are felons.   This is what we have been hearing, and none of it has anything to do with our brewery.  This brewery is a third attempt for both the owners, because starting a brewery is hard. Third Strike Beer Co. is an ode to the concept that failure is not an option.  This time around we got it figured out.  So really, there is not third strike here, just two.  We like how it sounds and hope you do as well.

We feel bad for anyone who only drinks one type of beer.  There is so much to explore, and so many cool flavors that haven't been explored.  We use science, passion, and a lot of brewing experience to make exciting flavors.  We honor tradition and those who came before us, but know the difference between reality and myths when it comes to brewing.  Third Strike Beer Co. is innovative, and makes an effort to source high quality, safe, and delicious ingredients.

All of the staff at 3rd Strike Beer Co. are long time High Desert residents.  The HD lacks consumer choices, unless you are a connoisseur of car washes.  Our brewery was created knowing that we need good beer.  Not ok beer, but good beer and FRESH BEER!!  The need for good beer is real, and we are taking care of you.   Did you know that a head of cabbage and a hazy IPA have about the same shelf life?  We know and would never serve you bad beer.
