Lighter Side

HD LITE

This light lager is brewed with American corn and Citra Hops. The Citra lends a gentle lemongrass flavor to a refreshing and low alcohol crusher. 3.8% ABV. American Lager

$6

Cervecita Especial

We live in Southern California, where Mexican Lagers and Tacos just rain from the sky. It's pretty cool if you don't take one to the eye. Well, this beer is a Mexican Lager, brewed with Flaked Corn and fresh Motueka hops.

$7

BLONDE ALE

A Golden Ale that drinks clean, and has a hint of lightly toasted grains. It's brewed with a little bit of Simcoe and El Dorado hops. Not too hoppy, and a crowd favorite. 5.4% ABV. Blonde Ale.

$7

MANGOH! BLONDE

Our classic Blonde Ale with a tropical touch. It's brewed with real mangos. Quick history lesson - this is tribute to a flagship for an old HD brewery, Oak Hills Brewing. 5.2% ABV. Fruited Blonde Ale.

$7

OAXACAN PILZ

Is there such thing as a Oaxacan Pilz? That is yet to be determined, but Magic 8 Ball says "yes". This is a Mexican Lager that is hopped with Motueka in the kettle. Then we dry hopped it with Sabro fresh cryo. The Sabro comes through very unique, with an herbal tea quality and a hint of Tamarindo. 4.9% abv

$8

Hoppy

CITY LIGHTS

Beer as it should be. The evolution of craft beer has come to this. The light body with a little pilsner malt, and an approachable level of hops. Backed by Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo hops, and then dry hopped twice with the newest cool kid on the block, Krush. And did we say it's a lager? 7.3% ABV. West Coast Pilsner

$8

STRATIFIED

The best IPA you've ever had in the High Desert. For reals. This beer uses new school knowledge to produce a West Coast IPA that is clean and not overly bitter. It's brewed with an enormous amount of hops, but focuses on the dank and weedy flavors found from Strata hops and hash. 7.4% ABV. West Coast IPA

$8

RIWAKA WAKA WAKA

It's hazy, hoppy, but not bitter at all. Not a traditional New England IPA, but more of a West Coast Hazy Pale Ale. It's brewed with Pale Malt to give it an orange glow, and then gets some Nelson Sauvin and Citra for a hoppy backbone. Then we hit it with a New Zealand hop layer - Motueka terpenes and double dry hopped with Riwaka Hops. Waka Waka Waka. 6.6% ABV. Hazy Pale Ale

$9

Fisticuffs

This is a classic New England IPA, aka Hazy. It's the blueprint for the perfect Hazy and is brewed using tons of science. And hops, lots and lots of hops. The base is made with oats, wheat, and raw barley, and then hopped with El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic. Double Dry Hopped and with lots of advanced hop products. If you've tried our Hazy IPA we call Knife Fight, you might recognize this as its little brother. 7.1% ABV. New England IPA

$9

Sour Dee

Weedy, weedy, weedy. West Coast IPA brewed with some wet hop Cryo Hashish and Sour Diesel terpenes.

$9

Green Acres

Wet hop West Coast IPA, fresh frozen style. Brewed with Mosaic, Mosaic Incognito, and Mosaic Fresh Cyro. This dank, soft IPA showcases the Fresh Cryo hops from Yakima Chief. If you happen to work in Adelanto, you know what "fresh frozen" is. Fresh Cryo is pretty much fresh frozen hashish that has been frozen instead of dried. It's a gateway to dank.

$8

Smell-O-Vision

Close your eyes and take whiff. That's Smell-O-Vision - the newest sixth sense. It's a hazy IPA, brewed the way it should be. This one is hopped with Mosaic, Strata, and Dolcita. The emphasis is on Dolcita, one of the newest cool-kid hops. Lots of aroma of the Pacific Northwest, with hints of coconut, nectarine and sweet cannabis. 7.2% abv

$9

Hippie Lettuce

Dave's not here. It's a west coastish pils with Pineapple Express Terpenes, and some mango for goods measure. Mellow, fruity, weedy, weedy

$9

Seltzers and Not Beer

Lavender Lemonaide

This is a fun one. We use organic lavender flowers and lemon-aide to make this seltzer. Like most our seltzers, it's a little less sweet than what you'd find in the store. Very refreshing. 5.5% ABV

$7

3RD STRIKE HARD TEA

Hard Tea you say? This is not something normally seen at a craft brewery. Brewed with honey, tea, and seltzer. We try to make good stuff, but this one came out better than we could have imagined. It will remove your twisted preconceived notions of what a hard tea is. 6.3% ABV

$7

A brown porter fermented with Papua New Guinea vanilla beans. Light tasting, dark color. This is a very approachable dark that is light on the roast.
