Current Tap List

Updated Monday, March 16. This week we have a couple of new seltzers that are hitting pretty hard. And keep your eyes out for a Passion Fruit - Tangerine - Guava sour, as well as a really cool Pale Ale you never seen before.

Lighter Side

BLONDE ALE

A Golden Ale that drinks clean, and has a hint of lightly toasted grains. It's brewed with a little bit of Simcoe and El Dorado hops. Not too hoppy, and a crowd favorite. 5.4% ABV. Blonde Ale.

$7

MANGOH! BLONDE

Our classic Blonde Ale with a tropical touch. It's brewed with real mangos. Quick history lesson - this is tribute to a flagship for an old HD brewery, Oak Hills Brewing. 5.2% ABV. Fruited Blonde Ale.

$7

OAXACAN PILZ

Experimental Light Lager, 4.9%.Is there such thing as a Oaxacan Pilz? That is yet to be determined, but Magic 8 Ball says "yes". This is a Mexican Lager that is hopped with Motueka in the kettle. Then we dry hopped it with Sabro fresh cryo. The Sabro comes through very unique, with an herbal tea quality and a hint of Tamarindo.

$5

Hoppy

Hoppy Meal

Pale Ale, 6.2%. We love fast food in the HD, as well as Car Washes. This beer is neither, so it's time to change your ways, Skippy. A really refreshing and crisp hoppy Pale, brewed with Amarillo, Nelson Sauvin, and Mosaic hops. This Pale Ale has really nice hop layers of orange, grapefruit, white grape, and gassiness, which is all supported by a touch of Red Wheat and Munich malts.

$8

Amarillo Brillo

West Coast Pilsner. We got to do some hop selections with the fine folks at Crosby Hops, and this one lot of Amarillo hops really stood out. So lo and behold, it found its way into a West Coast Pilsner but brought its buddy Nelson along. 6.0%

$8

Modaho IPA

Double West Coast IPA, 8.0% Have you visited Modaho? It's easy to find, just hang a right at the old barn. When you see the field of Idaho 7 hops, hang another right down Mosaic Hop lane. Then take a right when you see the Mosaic terpenes and Fresh Cryo. Keep going straight down Simcoe Hop Ave, and crap, you are right back where you came from. Understand?

$9

Sargent Stadanko

Terp IPA, 8.0%. The Sargent is back and danker than ever. This time in a double IPA. Sargent Stadanko highlights the powerful aroma of OG Kush Cannabis terpenes. Grab a glass and SHOOT THE MOON! Does not contain any THC or cannabinoids.

$9

Hippie Lettuce

Terp Pilsner, 6.0%. This is a dietary staple of the now elusive Great Western Hippie. The Great Western Hippie used to roam the Mojave Desert, but were decimated by Wooks and Ravens. This beer is a hoppy Pilsner that has Pineapple Express terpenes, and a little bit of tropical fruit. And no, it will not turn you into a Hippie, and does not contain THC.

$8

RIWAKA WAKA WAKA

Hazy Pale Ale, 6.6%. It's hazy, hoppy, but not bitter at all. Not a traditional New England IPA, but more of a West Coast Hazy Pale Ale. It's brewed with Pale Malt to give it an orange glow, and then gets some Nelson Sauvin and Citra for a hoppy backbone. Then we hit it with a New Zealand hop layer - Motueka terpenes and double dry hopped with Riwaka Hops. Waka Waka Waka.

$5

Knife Fight On A Short Bus

Double Hazy IPA, 8.3%. It's big, strong, and smells funny. But it's also sweet, gentle and supportive of all your bad ideas. "Knife Fight" is a concept series of Hazy Double IPAs. This knife fight is made with Spelt Malt, Motueka Hops, Citra Hops, Citra Incognito, Citra Terps, and Citra Fresh Cryo. And science, it's made with ton's of science we bought on Temu.

$8

Smell-O-Vision

Hazy IPA, 7.2%. Close your eyes and take whiff. That's Smell-O-Vision - the newest sixth sense. It's a hazy IPA, brewed the way it should be. This one is hopped with Mosaic, Strata, and Dolcita. The emphasis is on Dolcita, one of the newest cool-kid hops. Lots of aroma of the Pacific Northwest, with hints of coconut, nectarine and sweet cannabis.

$9

Seltzers and Not Beer

Lavender Lemonaide

This is a fun one. We use organic lavender flowers and lemon-aide to make this seltzer. Like most our seltzers, it's a little less sweet than what you'd find in the store. Very refreshing. 5.5% ABV

$7

3RD STRIKE HARD TEA

Hard Tea you say? This is not something normally seen at a craft brewery. Brewed with honey, tea, and seltzer. We try to make good stuff, but this one came out better than we could have imagined. It will remove your twisted preconceived notions of what a hard tea is. 6.3% ABV

$7

Big Boss Berry

Super Fruited Smoothie, 6.0%. Marionberry and Vanilla. That's it. The Boss has spoken.

$9

Mimi's MuuMuu

Mimosa Inspired Seltzer, 8.6%. Mimi was a "Sunday Only" thing, but our customers said otherwise. Sometimes it has a little pineapple, sometimes it might have guava. Other times, it's just orange. We try to mix it up a little, but just a little. And this high octane banger is always made fresh with orange juice that is not from concentrate.

$8

Other Types of Beer

The Rest

Tropic Violation

Fruited sour ale, 5.3%. A tropical sour for a not so tropical town like Hesperia. Brewed with real Passion Fruit, Tangerines, and Guava. Contains lactose.

$9

Black Ops

Schwarzbier style Dark Lager, 5.3%. A perfect clean and sessionable dark beer. Very low hops and medium roast. We'd say more about it, but that's top secret information concealed by the brewers for your protection.

$8

Jitters

Coffee Lager. This one uses our proprietary magic turn coffee into beer. Or maybe it's beer into coffee. Whatever it is, our coffee beers stand out because they are always fresh, and coffee gets funky really quick.

$8

Steve Winston

Barleywine is beer, not wine. Now we got that one out of the way, let's get to important stuff. This one is sweet, with notes of toffee, toasted marshmallow, fresh baked pastries, bourbon, and oak. We aged it on a very unique Vanilla that displays mild reminders of leather and pipe tobacco. And to add to the complexity of this beast it has been conditioned on Amburana wood and Oak. 12.7% ABV, 6oz snifter only
